FJDynamics to Showcase Smart Facility Solutions at Build4Asia 2026

Facility operations are becoming more complex. Across indoor facilities, outdoor areas, and mixed-use sites, teams are expected to keep sites cleaner, safer, and better managed — often with tighter schedules and limited resources.

At Build4Asia 2026, FJDynamics will showcase a portfolio of technologies designed to support smarter facility operations across mapping, cleaning, and outdoor maintenance.

From 6–8 May at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, visitors can find FJDynamics at Booth 1D-C01 to explore how spatial data, robotic cleaning, mowing, and automated line marking can help facility teams improve daily workflows across indoor and outdoor environments.

Map Spaces with FJD Trion

Every smarter workflow starts with better spatial insight.

At the FJDynamics booth, visitors can explore the FJD Trion P2 LiDAR Scanner and S2 LiDAR Scanner — two advanced devices built for fast, accurate spatial data capture. With outputs ranging from point clouds and 2D floor plans to 3D models and georeferenced panoramas, FJD Trion helps teams turn complex spaces into digital assets for planning, documentation, and more efficient equipment deployment.

Clean Smarter with FJD Sveabot

Clean facilities do not happen by chance. From indoor floors to outdoor walkways and open areas, daily cleaning requires consistency, coverage, and the ability to keep up with changing site conditions.

At the FJDynamics booth, visitors can explore Sveabot S100 Pro M for indoor floor cleaning and Sveabot V100 for outdoor sweeping. S100 Pro M streamlines routine floor care with autonomous navigation and flexible cleaning modes, while V100 helps teams manage outdoor dust, debris, and open-area sweeping more efficiently. Together, they help facility teams reduce repetitive manual work, improve cleaning coverage, and maintain cleaner spaces across indoor and outdoor operations.

Maintain Outdoor Spaces with FJD Landscaping

Outdoor spaces are part of the facility experience. Lawns, landscaped areas, and sports fields all need to stay well maintained, accessible, and ready for daily use.

FJD Landscaping brings automation to two high-frequency outdoor tasks with the FR4000 robotic mower and PaintMaster Mini robotic line marker. From large-area mowing to precise field marking, these products help teams improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and deliver more consistent outdoor results.

For facility teams managing multiple spaces or recurring maintenance schedules, that means outdoor work can be completed with greater control, accuracy, and confidence.

A More Connected Way to Manage Facilities

At Build4Asia 2026, FJDynamics will present a broader view of facility operations — one that connects site understanding, daily maintenance, and automated execution across indoor and outdoor environments.

By combining digital mapping, smart cleaning, robotic mowing, and automated line marking, FJDynamics helps teams move from planning to operation with greater efficiency, consistency, and control.

Visit Booth 1D-C01 to explore how FJDynamics connects digital mapping, robotic cleaning, mowing, and line marking into practical workflows for modern facility teams.
