What are the environmental requirements for the base station arrangement of the delineator?
- Open area;
- as high up as possible;
- as unobstructed as possible from the mower;
- no change of position;
- easy access to wired power
How do I adjust the line width on a scribing machine?
- Adjust the width of the baffles and the height of the spray nozzles, both in combination. As shown in the diagram on the right
- By adjusting the width between the spray discs, a clear paint line can be achieved. If the spray cone hits the spray discs high up, less paint will be sprayed onto the paint line. If the spray cone does not hit the spray discs, the paint line will be less clear. The width of the spray disc needs to be adjusted so that the bottom of the spray cone is close to the bottom of the spray disc, a distance of 5•10mm is recommended, as shown in the picture on the right
What do I need to pay attention to the maintenance of the scribing machine?
Common maintenance considerations include:
- The paint spray system needs to be cleaned promptly after each marking job to prevent residual paint in the lines from adhering to the inside walls of the spray lines.
- Regularly inspect and clean the spray nozzles and piping to ensure that there are no blockages.• When not in use for a long period of time, empty the paint residue and clean the equipment, paying attention to the storage requirements.• Check all parts of the machine regularly to ensure they are in good condition.
When you remove the wire marking kit or just the sprayed parts, do you need to calibrate again each time you reinstall it? Or how often do I need to calibrate?
- Normal only need to be in the first installation of the machine calibration, subsequent disassembly and installation of normal do not calibrate, because the user removed, and installed back, the position of the nozzle does not change, so do not calibrate again. Unless the fixtures are hit by the shape, caused by the position of the printhead has shifted.
- Only when the printhead position has shifted is it necessary to carry out machine calibration.
Scribing machine does not start
- Failure causes: insufficient battery voltage, damaged starter button, motor failure, etc.Solution: check the battery voltage, make sure the battery voltage is normal; check the start button, make sure the start button is normal; check the motor, make sure the motor is normal.

How do I set up a base station?
1.Confirm that the boundary line has been laid: Ensure that the boundary line of the designated work area for the robot (usually wires buried underground or fixed on the ground) has been correctly installed and powered on.
2.Cleaning the lawn: Before starting for the first time, remove stones, branches, toys, and other debris from the lawn to prevent damage to the machine or jamming.
3.Check the body: Ensure that the robot is not significantly damaged and the blades are securely installed (if it is being used for the first time).
