Key Responsibilities: 

  • Resolve customer questions regarding correct installation, software usage, calibration, and operation via phone contact or in-field support.
  • Sort out common problems from customers and report to the R&D team for analysis and resolution.
  • Collect product feedback and new demands in the market for better product improvement.
  • Conclude and edit the product manuals, installation notes, FAQ, or public knowledge articles.
  • Regularly provide product training courses to dealers.
  • Assist the R&D team to do the local test for the new product or function.
  • Well execute any other tasks as assigned by the superio


Qualifications:

  • University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Technical support experience in the lawn mower industry
  • Good technical background with an understanding of key technical knowledge
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to understand and transfer customer requirements to the team
  • Collaborative work with related teams – Sales, Marketing
  • Proficient in English for written and oral communications
  • Strong self-assurance, confidence, enthusiasm, energy, proactive, self-motivated, teamwork skills

Sales Representative (Landscaping)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly, and quarterly sales forecast preparation and execution.
  • Develop and manage the local sales channels and dealer network.
  • Responsible for the entire sales process, including visits, negotiations, quotations, contract signing, payment management, etc.
  • Responsible for the growth of sales amount and business exploration in the assigned market.
  • Weekly, monthly timely reporting. Participate in relevant meetings and ensure market feedback is properly translated for internal action.
  • Provide or organize basic precision farming product training to clients locally.
  • Collect market information & analysis including market size, market trend, new products and applications, customer trends etc. and report back internally in a timely fashion.
  • Participate in industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and other travel as required.
  • Well execute any other tasks as assigned by the superior.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1-5 years of experience in agricultural machinery industry-related roles with activities such as sales specialist or sales manager.
  • Experience related to channel development and sales management is preferred.
  • Problem Solving, product knowledge, presentation skills, technical understanding.
  • Excellent customer relations and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short/changing deadlines.
  • Fluent in English is necessary.
